PHYSIOTHERAPIST | Full Time | August 2021

​Physiotherapist required to join our growing clinic.

We are expanding our clinic in Canning Vale to include a new wellness centre to open in mid to late 2021. This will create a great opportunity for multiple Physiotherapists to join our team over the coming months...

We are #forwardthinking and offer rehabilitation packages for group classes, 3D scanned orthotics, shock wave therapy and telehealth to offer our clients support and advice as they journey towards being happier and healthier. 

 

An opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist who is #passionate about serving clients. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team to prevent and treat health problems. 

 

New graduate Physiotherapists are welcome to apply with a base salary, performance bonuses and industry leading support to transition from university to industry on offer! 

 

 

The role requires:

  • You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients’

  • The application of a client centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework 

  • The use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care 

  • Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community

  • You want to niche into an area of community Physiotherapy e.g. sports physio, persistent pain, women’s health, sporting, mental health and/or geriatrics etc. 

 

WA Health Group #cares about you and our team’s development and offers you 20 group professional development opportunities per annum, monthly clinical mentoring and growth coaching with clinic leaders. You will be offered all professional development allowance of $1000 per annum.  

 

You will inherit an established client list, covering holiday leave of team members, and helping rehabilitation clients and group classes (e.g. clinical Pilates, GLAD, functional strength group and falls).   

You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload. You will be offered permanency with exemplary performance and by great client outcomes by seeing you.  

 

For your application to be considered you will need to be a qualified Physiotherapist and meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor in Physiotherapy

  • AHPRA registered

  • Indemnity insurance 

Remuneration is offered on a salary basis, with full leave entitlements and bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your personal and career goals.

The role requires:

  • You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop rapport and form a strong therapeutic relationships with clients’ of WA Health Group

  • The application of a client centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations  

  • The use of health coaching principles to motivate and inspire clients to better health 

  • Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local sports people in our community

  • Teamwork with clients and other professionals to provide effective treatment

 

WA Health Group cares about your development and offers you 20 group professional development opportunities per annum, monthly growth coaching with clinic leaders, and complex case team discussions. 

 

You will be offered 50% funding for all external professional development completed to a maximum of $1000 per annum for full time team members. Relocation packages available for the right candidate.

 

You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload. You will be offered immediate start with an established caseload and an achievable bonus structure.

 

For your application to be considered you will need to be a qualified Podiatrist and meet the following criteria:

  • University training

  • AHPRA registered

  • Indemnity insurance
