We are located in Canning Vale, Western Australia with a large clinic with 8 treatment rooms and onsite fully functioning gym with only the best exercise equipment so you can help clients achieve their goals. We are #forwardthinking and offer indivdiualised exercise programs, structured group classes, telehealth, 3D scanned orthotics and shock wave therapy to offer our clients support and advice as they journey towards being happier and healthier. 

An opportunity exists for a Exercise Physiologist who is #passionate about serving clients with delivering individual and group rehabilitation sessions, workers compensation/MVA rehabilitation, chronic disease management, weight loss plans, rehabilitation of defence force veterans and exercise prescription for healthy populations. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team.


The role requires:


  • You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients’

  • The application of a client centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework 

  • Use of evidence based practice to formulate a management plans for patients utilising onsite facilities. 

  • The use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care 

  • Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven record of using evidence based care to help patients, possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong desire in growing a caseload and build-up of a loyal patient base.



For your application to be considered you will need to be a qualified Exercise Physiologist and hold current skills and experience with the following criteria:


  • Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, Masters qualifications or equivalent 

  • Experience with treating patients in a private practice setting. 

  • Full accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

  • Evidence of previous professional development in line with ESSA requirements 

  • Starting with 10-15 hours per week with a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload.


Remuneration is offered on salary basis, with a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your personal and career goals.


You will initially commence casual employment and transition to permanent part time with proven performance with the probationary period. All Exercise Physiologists must hold current professional indemnity insurance and full registration with ESSA. An immediate start is required.
