We are recruiting Graduate Physiotherapists to support the growth of WA Health Group. We have multiple new positions available at our Canning Vale and Murdoch clinics. Our graduate program is delivered by industry experts delivering supportive training and systems designed to provide patient centered high value care.
WA Health Group’s clinics offer a great environment for our team and clients. We have our large clinic in the Queensgate Centre in Canning Vale with its studio located upstairs, together with our equally impressive BRAND NEW Murdoch clinic at the Farrington Centre. Our clinics offer a great environment for our team and clients with two large clinics including our new studio over 2 floors at our Canning Vale location, together with our BRAND NEW Murdoch clinic NOW OPEN at the Farrington Centre.

An opportunity exists for two new graduate Physiotherapists who are #passionate about serving clients. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team to treat and prevent health problems.
The role requires:
You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients
The application of a client-centric biopsychosocial approach to your consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework
The use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care
Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community
You want to niche into an area of community Physiotherapy
You may be considering your Masters in Physiotherapy in the future
WA Health Group #cares about you and our team’s development, and offers you group professional development opportunities, monthly growth coaching with clinic owners, clinical mentoring with titled Physiotherapists and social events throughout the year.
You will build your personal brand and client list and be confident with conducting group exercise classes (e.g. clinical pilates, GLAD and functional strength group).
You will be offered a professional development allowance of $1000 per annum to facilitate your career growth. You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload.
Remuneration is offered on a salary basis, with full leave entitlements and a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your career goals, and WA Health Groups growth plan.
