We are located in Canning Vale, Western Australia with a large clinic with 8 treatment rooms and onsite fully functioning gym with only the best exercise equipment so you can help clients achieve their goals. We are #forwardthinking and offer structured group classes, 3D scanned orthotics, shock wave therapy and telehealth to offer our clients support and advice as they journey towards being happier and healthier.
An opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist who is #passionate about serving clients with sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team.
The role requires:
You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients’
The application of a client centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework
The use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care
Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community
WA Health Group #cares about you and our team’s development and offers you 20 group professional development opportunities per annum, monthly growth coaching with clinic leaders, Lennon Correia, Samy Boutros and Bronwyn Smith. We will assist you to provide weekend sports coverage to develop your skills in training and game day physiotherapy skills.
You will be offered 50% off all professional development completed to a maximum of $1000 per annum.
You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload. You will initially start on 20 hours per week (including Saturday). You will be offered full time hours in 2020 as our client demand increases.
For your application to be considered you will need to be a qualified Physiotherapist and meet the following criteria:
Bachelor in Physiotherapy
Remuneration is offered on salary basis, with full leave entitlements with a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your personal and career goals.
