The benefits of reaching for something that is going to satisfy you between meals instead of something that is high in sugar and low in nutrients is going to be beneficial for your health and energy levels!
The more questions you can answer yes to, the better the snack:
Does it have LESS than 10 g of sugar per 100 g?
Does it have LESS than 10 g of fat per 100 g?
Does it have MORE than 4 g of fibre per 100 g?
Can you understand every ingredient on the list?
Does is have LESS than 120 mg of sodium (salt) per 100 g?
