Chic Nuts – Split Chickpeas (83%), canola oil, sea salt, onion and garlic powder

Fav-Va Nuts – Broad Beans (82%), canola oil, sea salt, onion and garlic powder

Pros:

Cons:

Technically no nutritional cons. The only downfall with this product is that it is loved by so many people that it can be difficult to get your hands on a box, so you might have to shop around a bit or order online.

For sports people, this product may not contain sufficient amounts of protein to refuel post-workout.


Final word:

Chic Nuts or Fav-Va Beans are very close to the perfect snack. They are nutritious offering a source of protein and fibre whilst being low in fat and sugars. They contain nothing artificial and taste great! Conveniently packed and quite affordable they are a seriously smart snack option.
