Pilates Exercise Classes
Pilates group exercises are a fun and safe way to exercise throughout life. We have classes designed for for teens, pre and post pregnancy, and for those wanting a workout while they get on top of their aches and pains.
Pilates is for everybody. Speak to your Physiotherapist the next time you are at our studio to find out what is suitable based on your goals or if you are new to us book in for an initial assessment.
An initial consultation with our team will ensure you are in the right class just for you, and we will discuss your problems with you and what you hope to achieve from attending our classes.

What is involved in a Clinical Pilates class?
Our Clinical Pilates classes include a well-rounded mixture of resistance style training, mobility, stretching and balance. Classes at both Canning Vale and Murdoch locations will be run using the Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Apparatus and Matwork Pilates equipment. Exclusive to our Murdoch clinic, you will also have access to our Pedal Chair and Ladder Barrel!
Within our 60 minute classes, you will receive an individualised program based on your personal exercise and rehabilitation goals.With small class sizes of no more than 4 participants, our pilates trained physiotherapists will help you to exercise confidently and safely, and maybe even work up a sweat!
Who can attend our clinical pilates classes?
Our clinical pilates classes are designed for all ages and abilities. Every participant who attends our pilates classes will have an exercise program that is specifically tailored to their current capacity in order to achieve their goals.
Our Rehab Reformer Classes cater for pregnancy pilates, post-natal pilates, injury management and prevention, and general strength and conditioning. We also run specific Teens Reformer Classes for high-school aged students who may need a structured pilates program to manage hypermobility issues, joint and muscle related injuries and improve their performance in school and extra-curricular activities.

It all starts with an initial assessment with our team where we discuss your goals and complete a thorough assessment of your current and past concerns, and your exercise capacity.You will be prescribed an individualised exercise program which may incorporate a home program together with supervised exercises on studio Pilates equipment.
