At WA Health Group @Home we know it is never too early or too late for you to be at your healthiest and happiest. That is why we exist to come to you when you face a challenge. 

We offer our services @Home, at work or in the community so you can have access to our care where it is most convenient to you. We exist to consider your health on a holistic level with a group of mobile, experienced health professionals ready visit you in your home, or online via a video consultation.  

We at WA Health Group genuinely care about your health and well-being and will work with you as a coordinated and aligned team to support and inspire you to be the healthiest and happiest version of you. 

  • Do I need a referral?
    Existing patients that we have seen in the past 6 months do not require a referral New patients that do not want to use private health insurance do not need a referral New patients that want to use private health insurance need to see their trusted GP for a referral to be eligible (exclusions apply – call us on 6162 2616 for details) New patients that are being referred under the Medicare Chronic Disease Management Program require a GP referral as they would when they come into the clinic For more information please call us on 6162 2616, email info@wahealthgrou.com.au or click Let's Chat!
  • How do I pay for the appointment?
    Payment is completed by: Pre-registering your details at Medipass for safe online payment and access any Private Health Insurance applicable to your appointment - click here to register Phone payment to the clinic – call our lovely reception team on 6162 2616
  • Can I claim Private Health Insurance
    Yes - provided you are eligible.
  • How long our Online Video Consultations?
    Initial consultations are 40 minutes and follow up consultations are 30 minutes.
  • How do I prepare for the Online Video Consultation?
    Be prepared 10 minutes before the consultation to get ready to go! Ensure access to a laptop, computer, ipad/tablet device or smart phone that has reliable access to the internet with enough battery life. Try to find a room where there is space to move about with limited background noise Wear clothes that you feel comfortable to move around in! Keep in mind that whilst this is an online consultation – it is still a professional service

WA Health Group @Home can visit seniors in their home or retirement village. We know at times it is difficult to get to appointments due to transportation, pain or after a stay in hospital, so we come to you - it's that easy! 

Sure, your doctor can tell you to keep moving and eat healthier - but this does not necessarily mean you will change your behaviours. What you need is ongoing support and advice to form healthy habits as you age. 

Our team is here to help you throughout the Perth metro area visiting seniors at:

  • Aged care facilities 

  • Nursing homes 

  • Retirement villages 

  • Community centre, pools and gyms

We can access funding for our clients who are covered under the following; National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Workers Compensation and Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA), or Private Health Insurance.
