Spinal Physiotherapy

Our service is unique as we use a biopsychosocial approach  to identify and address your spinal pain. Reformer Exercise & Rehabilitation Classes

Reformer Exercise and Rehabilitation Classes involve a form of exercise to train your deep abdominals and pelvic floor. Clinical Reformer Exercise can be performed at home, or using our reformers. When performed correctly under the direction of a Physiotherapist, these classes will decrease pain, improve your postural awareness, muscle strength and flexibility. Continence and Women's Health Physiotherapy

Neurological Physiotherapy

Receiving a diagnosis such as stroke, spinal cord injury or another neurological condition can be a difficult time for you and your family. Often with neurological conditions comes change in your ability to control your limbs which may result in difficulties with walking or using your upper limbs for usual tasks. On top of this, may come pain, fatigue and dizziness alongside changes in your balance, muscle tone, coordination and control. Physiotherapy plays an important role in helping you to reduce pain and regain strength, control and coordination no matter how big the change may be. Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

BPPV is the most common of vertigo in people over the age of 65 but can also affect everybody. BPPV may cause of symptoms like DIZZINESS, VERTIGO, UNSTEADINESS and NAUSEA and can be extremely debilitating. Paediatric Physiotherapy

Shock Wave Therapy 

Physiotherapists use Shockwave Therapy to treatment many musculoskeletal injuries. Shockwave is often completed over a 5 week period and combined with corrective exercises.

Aged Care and Home Visits

Research suggests that we need to maintain our mobility and keep exercising for optimal health. Our physiotherapists are trained to assess elderly clients for their risk of falling, prescribe walking aids and devices, and prescribe simple strengthening and balance exercises which assists with elderly clients maintaining their mobility longer. Mobility assessments are best done in our clients’s normal surroundings. Our physiotherapists are able to visit clients in their homes, retirement villages or nursing homes to complete an assessment. We offer this service throughout the metropolitan area.
