WA Health Group is pleased to welcome Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Bronwyn Smith to our allied health team.

Bronwyn joins our experienced team of Physiotherapists at the Queensgate Centre in Canning Vale, this Monday the 29th of January 2018.

Bronwyn Smith - Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist

BSc (Physiotherapy), MManip, MClinPhys (Sports) APA Titled Musculoskeletal, APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist. Assoc Fellow, Aust. College of Physiotherapists

Bronwyn is a highly experienced post graduate physiotherapist, receiving tilting from the Australian Physiotherapy Association in the area of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, recognising her advanced training and expertise in the field.

Bronwyn is highly dedicated to her profession, and is currently undertaking training to become a Specialist Physiotherapist as awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists. This is the highest recognised clinical qualification available to Australian Physiotherapists. Bronwyn currently works for Curtin University, training undergraduate students in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

After graduating, Bronwyn has practiced throughout Western Australia in musculoskeletal and sports based clinics. Bronwyn has been involved as a Physiotherapist in multiple sports at both a semi-elite and amateur level including AFL, rugby union, netball swimming and basketball.

Bronwyn has a special interest in the shoulder and ankle but enjoys aiding both recreational athletes and the general public with any musculoskeletal or sporting condition. Bronwyn heads WA Health Group’s clinical education program where Bronwyn assists our team with clinical training, mentoring of junior staff and complex patient reviews.
